CLASS RENEWAL & DRYDOCKING
Comprehensive dry dock maintenance programme involving hull inspection, steel and piping repairs, welding works, fender maintenance, machinery overhaul, surface preparation, blasting, and repainting. The project successfully restored the vessel’s structural integrity, mechanical reliability, and operational performance, ensuring readiness for continued service.
DECOMMISIONNING & DISPOSAL
The project involved the complete decommissioning, towing, dry docking, dismantling, and environmentally responsible disposal of an obsolete cargo vessel. Activities included condition assessment, recovery operations, structural demolition, removal of machinery and equipment, steel cutting, scrap segregation, and site clearance. The project was executed in compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the vessel was successfully removed and disposed of in a controlled and sustainable manner.

INSPECTION, PACKING, TRANSPORT & DELIVERY
The project involved comprehensive inspection, packing, logistics coordination, transportation, and delivery of a Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) manufactured in China. Activities included equipment verification, quality inspection, ancillary component checks, protective packing, crane-assisted handling, container inspection, cargo securing and lashing, and final shipment release. All transportation preparations were carried out in accordance with international cargo handling requirements to ensure safe delivery and protection of the equipment throughout the export process.

SALVAGE & LIFTING
The project involved the emergency salvage, recovery, refloating, lifting, and slipway transfer of a partially submerged fast crew boat. Scope of work included underwater inspection, diver-assisted rigging, flotation and dewatering operations, crane-assisted lifting, hull condition assessment, and vessel stabilization. Following successful recovery, the vessel was transferred onto slipway supports for detailed inspection, repair, and restoration, ensuring the asset was safely recovered and returned for further maintenance.
STS EQUIPEMNT
Provision of Ship-to-Ship (STS) Transfer Equipment and related support services for safe and efficient offshore cargo transfer operations. The scope included the rental, supply, inspection, mobilization, and maintenance of pneumatic fenders, floating hoses, and associated accessories in compliance with industry standards and client operational requirements.
